1. 接受條款
使用「Alca note」（原名「手寫筆記」，以下稱「本服務」）即表示你同意本條款與隱私權政策。若不同意，請勿使用本服務。
2. 服務內容
本服務免費提供，是一個在瀏覽器中運作的手寫筆記 App，並提供選用的 Google 雲端硬碟同步、分享連結協作，透過第三方 Puter 使用 Google Gemini 的 App 內 AI 功能，以及開啟 ChatGPT、Gemini、Claude 的跳轉按鈕（只複製圖片並開啟該服務，不會自動傳送內容）。
3. 你的內容
- 你建立的筆記、圖片與檔案的所有權完全屬於你。我們不主張任何權利，僅在提供功能所需的範圍內（例如同步、轉送給共享成員）處理它們。
- 你須確保你上傳或分享的內容（包括 PDF 與圖片）是你有權使用的。
- 分享連結等同鑰匙，任何取得連結的人都能檢視與編輯；請自行妥善保管。
- 請自行備份重要筆記（例如開啟雲端硬碟同步或匯出）。
4. 可接受的使用方式
你同意不會：
- 濫用、攻擊或過度使用本服務的伺服器（例如協作中繼伺服器），包括自動化大量請求、壓力測試、繞過使用限制或配額。
- 利用本服務儲存或散布違法、侵權、惡意程式或騷擾性內容。
- 嘗試未經授權存取他人的資料或共享房間。
我們可為保護服務而限制流量、拒絕連線或刪除違規的共享房間資料。
5. 第三方服務
Google 雲端硬碟、Puter、Vercel、Cloudflare，以及你透過跳轉按鈕自行使用的 ChatGPT（OpenAI）、Gemini（Google）、Claude（Anthropic）為第三方服務，其使用分別適用各自的條款與政策。我們對第三方服務的可用性或行為不負責任。
6. 免責聲明
本服務係依「現狀」及「現有」提供，不提供任何明示或默示的保證，包括但不限於適售性、特定目的適用性、不中斷或無錯誤。本服務為個人開發的專案，可能隨時變更、暫停或終止。
7. 責任限制
在法律允許的最大範圍內，營運者對因使用或無法使用本服務所生之任何間接、附帶或衍生損害（包括資料遺失）不負責任。
8. 條款變更
我們可能修改本條款，並更新此頁面與生效日期。變更後繼續使用即表示接受新條款。
9. 準據法
本條款以中華民國（臺灣）法律為準據法。

Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By using Alca note (formerly Handwriting Notes; the "Service") you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
The Service is provided free of charge. It is a browser-based handwriting notes app with optional Google Drive sync, share-link collaboration, in-app AI features using Google Gemini through the third-party service Puter, and jump buttons to ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude (they only copy the image and open that service; nothing is sent automatically).
3. Your content
- You own everything you create — notes, images and files. We claim no rights in it and process it only as needed to provide the features (e.g. syncing, relaying to members of a shared notebook).
- You are responsible for having the rights to content you upload or share, including PDFs and images.
- A share link works like a key: anyone with it can view and edit. Keep it safe.
- Please keep your own backups of important notes (e.g. enable Drive sync or export).
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- abuse, attack or overload the Service's servers (including the collaboration relay), e.g. automated mass requests, load testing, or circumventing limits or quotas;
- use the Service to store or distribute illegal, infringing, malicious or harassing content;
- attempt unauthorized access to other people's data or shared rooms.
We may rate-limit, refuse connections, or delete shared-room data that violates these Terms to protect the Service.
5. Third-party services
Google Drive, Puter, Vercel, Cloudflare, and ChatGPT (OpenAI), Gemini (Google) and Claude (Anthropic) when you open them via the jump buttons, are third-party services governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their availability or conduct.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. It is an independently developed project and may change, be suspended or end at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms by changing this page and its effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
